La Posteria, Milan       A Libanese inspired menu for the Italian presentation of ELIE SAAB's new female fragrance: "Le Parfum". Chickpea and sesame spread, char-grilled aubergine puree, accompanying fresh fish, seafood and lamb, all seasoned with Mediterranean herbs and spices were some of the delicacies served at the both contemporary and arab style dinner.
